Costa Rica Cheap Travel will design an itinerary for you according to the information provided by you, regarding time of the year, length of stay and available accommodations. Once you approve the itinerary, please follow the payment procedures form (please include the confirmation number).
We will make your reservations and we will send you a detailed itinerary and describing the hotels, tours and transportation. You will also receive copies of the vouchers from our ground operator (Costa Rica Green Paradise), the original will be waiting for you upon arrival to Costa Rica either at the airport, (if transportation is provided by CRCT) or at your hotel.
In case of CANCELLATION:
If a written cancellation is received by Costa Rica Cheap Travel:
60-45 days prior to departure or more, a full refund will be made, minus a $50.00 administrative charge per person plus any additional charge for supplier cancellation fees, if applicable.
45-30 days of departure a 50% cancellation penalty will apply.
No refunds will be made less than 29 days prior to travel date.
In case of REFUNDS:
Claims for refunds must be made IN WRITING within 30 days or less of scheduled return. Non used vouchers must accompany the claim.
No refunds will be made for features included in our itineraries that travelers chose not to take part in.
No refunds will be made for delays caused by airline schedules, no refunds will be make for meals included on the hotel lodging rates, neither on arrangements made directly by the client during the itinerary.
Any service or quality issue should be addressed first to the hotel management and secondly to our offices in Costa Rica (Information to contact us will be included in each welcome package).
INSURANCES:
All our providers have been investigated, and all have the required local insurances. We also recommend all travelers to buy a travel insurance, including last minute cancellation.
Costa Rica Cheap Travel acts only as an agent for other companies and services such as hotels, restaurants, rent a car companies, drivers and guides. We assume no responsibility for damage, delays, lost of luggage or equipment, theft or any other condition. Besides we are not responsible for acts of God such as earthquakes, floods, etc., neither for civil unrest, strikes, terrorism attacks or acts of war.
